「一息」（英文显示名 Ease，以下简称「本 App」）是一款呼吸放松练习工具。我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明本 App 如何处理信息。
本 App 不要求注册、登录或提供姓名、邮箱等账号信息。开发者不运营用户账号系统。
您选择的 App 内语言偏好（中文 / 英文）保存在设备本地的 UserDefaults 中，用于记住界面语言。除上述外，本 App 不保存个人身份信息。卸载 App 将删除上述本地数据。
本 App 核心功能可在完全离线状态下使用。本 App 不包含广告，不进行跨 App 追踪，也不将您的数据上传至开发者服务器。
本 App 内置白噪音与呼吸提示音，均在设备本地播放。本 App 不访问麦克风，不录制或上传您的声音（除非未来版本明确新增相关功能并更新本政策）。可选环境音部分来自开放许可素材（如 Pixabay / CC0），详见技术支持页 · 音频致谢与许可。
本 App 仅供放松与呼吸练习参考，不能替代医疗诊断、治疗或专业建议。如有不适，请停止使用并咨询医生。
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。
我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面修改「更新日期」。重大变更时，可能通过 App Store 更新说明告知您。

Ease (displayed as 一息 in Chinese) is a breathing practice app for relaxation. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Ease does not require sign-up, login, or personal account information. We do not operate user accounts.
Your in-app language preference (Chinese / English) is stored locally in UserDefaults. We do not store personally identifiable information. Uninstalling the app removes this local data.
Core features work fully offline. Ease contains no ads, no cross-app tracking, and does not upload your data to our servers.
Built-in ambient sounds and breath cues play locally on your device. Ease does not access the microphone or upload recordings unless a future version explicitly adds such features and updates this policy. Some ambient scenes use openly licensed materials (e.g. Pixabay / CC0); see Support · Audio credits & licenses.
Ease is for relaxation and breath practice only—not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop using the app and consult a doctor if you feel unwell.
Ease is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
We may update this policy and revise the date above. Material changes may be described in App Store release notes.
